Lightspeed Studio is a Suva-based communications and production company and the in-house production arm for Lightspeed, creating all marketing materials from corporate videos and TVCs to social media content. Our expertise spans video and audio production, photography, website design and hosting, live streaming, event coverage, sports outside broadcasting, IPTV, and UHF broadcasting. Through Lightspeed, we offer Starlink connectivity to managed IT, cloud, and security services. We deliver fast, secure, and scalable technology solutions for businesses, communities, and institutions across Fiji.
Our Team
We employ three in house producers and outsource certain elements of the production workflow. The size of the team changes depending on project size.
Richard Broadbridge
Experienced Project Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the telecommunications and media industries. Skilled in Satellite and terrestrial techno-commercial sales, Business planning, Operations Management, Content acquisition and sales and large scale TV production in PNG and the Pacific Islands.
Marica Dauloloma-Korowale
Marica leads the planning, coordination, and delivery of production activities, ensuring projects are executed on time, on budget, and to a high professional standard. With strong experience in talent acquisition, she identifies, engages, and manages creative and technical talent aligned to project objectives.
Jale Masitabua
Jale is an experienced Creative Director and editor who shapes each project’s vision and narrative. He leads post-production with a strong focus on storytelling, pacing, and visual cohesion, turning raw footage into compelling, audience focused content.
Marika Tukana
An experienced Camera Operator skilled in operating the latest camera technology, including aerial cinematography. A passionate Director of Photography, he combines technical precision with a strong visual sensibility to capture dynamic, high-quality imagery that elevates every production.
Our Work
For over 20 years, we’ve shaped Pacific branding and delivered standout production and streaming for leading organisations and events, including BSP Bank, Air Niugini, UNICEF, IOM, ICRC, Digicel, The Hilton, Oceania Rugby, and served as host broadcasters for landmark events such as CHOGM 2024 and the 2019 Pacific Games in Apia, Samoa.
