Terms and Conditions

By executing this Service Order Form you hereby accept and agree to be bound by Lightspeed Agreement terms and conditions without limitation, paying all activation fee and initial deposit and prices for the equipment/terminal as stated in this Service Order Form. This Service Order Form and the terms and conditions within the Master Services Agreement shall constitute a legally binding Agreement upon the signing of the said Service Order Form by the authorized. In the event of termination before contract period ends, due to reasons other than technical non-compliance by service Provider, the Client will be liable to pay a Termination fee equivalent to the monthly charges for the remainder of the service term. Lightspeed may apply Deposit, if any, against the termination fee. Parties hereby acknowledge the termination fee to be a genuine pre-estimate of Lightspeed’s loss resulting from such termination.
